A field is a piece of meta data that describes the document. Each column in the document holds one field. In Column Settings, you can edit the fields that are visible in the Review and Productions view.
1.From the Settings menu, select Columns.
2.To make a column available to reviewers, select the area of the tool (Review Documents or Produced Documents).
3.Select or deselect columns as desired.
a.When you check a column, the check mark will appear bold (like COLLECTION in the image above). This means that the column will be available and visible in the Document List.
b.If you check the box a second time, the check mark will change to gray (like COMPANY in the image above). This means that the column will be available but not visible by default in the Document List. Individual reviewers may choose to make it visible.
4.Click Apply to commit your changes.
