Phonetic searches

Use phonetic searches to find words that begin with the same letter as a particular word and have the same approximate phonetic sound. For example, a phonetic search for the word “Smith” also returns the words “Smithe” and “Smythe.” To search for a word phonetically, type the # symbol in front of that word. For example, to search for phonetic matches to the word “Smith,” type #Smith.
