Selecting the Reduce Data option activates a dialog to reduce the database size based on source container or suppressed files.
Selecting source container files will permanently delete the containers from which the source data was extracted such as zips and pst files but retain the contents of those files.
Suppressed files are those which reviewers have selected to be removed from review.
